Luke Rockhold to Face Former WSOF Champ David Branch Next

Luke Rockhold’s first fight of 2017 has been booked, as the UFC’s announced he’ll take on former WSOF champ David Branch, September 16th.
The fight will headline UFC Fight Night 116, which will take place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Rockhold (15-3) hasn’t fought since last June, when he lost the middleweight title to Michael Bisping via knockout. The well rounded fighter was sidelined for much of 2017 due to a knee injury.
Branch (21-3) returned to the UFC in May, and worked his to a split decision win over Krzysztof Jotko.
The upcoming card will be hosted by the PPG Paints Arena.
