All of the competitors for tonight’s M-1 Challenge XXVII event in Phoenix, Arizona made weight yesterday, green lighting a card that will see M-1 Global Light-Heavyweight Champion Vinny Magalhaes take on challenger Mikhail Zayats.

In the wake of another injury to heavyweight champion Guram Gugenishvili, the promotion has put together a bout between Kenny Garner and Maxim Grishin for an interim title, which will be tonight’s co-main-event.

The card will be hosted by the Grand Canyon University Arena and will be broadcast on Showtime.
