Bellator has announced today that UFC veteran Marcus Davis will make his promotional debut, March 21st at the The Androscoggin Colisee in his native Maine. The upcoming event will also feature the Bellator debut of decorated kickboxer Michael Page and the next welterweight tourney finals.

The 39 year-old Davis is coming off a decision win over David Bielkheden in November, while competing for Super Challenge in Sweden. The former pro boxer is 4-1 since he exited from the UFC in 2011.

“Having the chance to fight for a promotion like Bellator in front of my friends, family and fans is a dream come true,” Davis said in a press release from the promotion. “It’s great to find a new home and fight for one of the biggest promotions in the world.”

No details on the veteran’s opponent were included.

Page has gone undefeated in three pro bouts since the British fighter transitioned into MMA. Most recently he stopped Haitham Tantawy at a Super Fight League event in India.

“I’m looking to put on a show March 21st in my Bellator debut, plain and simple,” Page said. “If you’ve never seen me fight, you’re making a huge mistake not tuning in. Just wait until you see what I can do. Just wait.”

The noted striker’s opponent has not been determined.

The March 21st event will be broadcast live on Spike.
