Ronda Rousey is scheduled to face bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes in her return at UFC 207, but her nutritionist believes the star could be a force at 125 pounds as well.

Rousey will face Nunes on December 30th, in what will be the first time she has fought since last November, when Holly Holm knocked “Rowdy” out. Recently Mike Dolce spoke to MMA Junkie.com, who is Rousey’s nutritionist and fitness coach. During the interview, Dolce dismissed the idea that Rousey should have to go up in weight and face the larger Cris “Cyborg” Justino. The former fighter also had this to say:

“As Ronda’s weight-management coach, I see Ronda being a 125-pound athlete, if that weight class existed,” Dolce said. “Based on her current body weight, and how compliant she’s been to her lifestyle, Ronda can make 125 pounds. That might be where the most exciting matchups would actually take place. Can you imagine Ronda versus (UFC women’s strawweight champion) Joanna Jedrzejczyk, who’s always talked about moving up to 125?”

Recently UFC President Dana White said the promotion has no short term plans to introduce a women’s flyweight division.
