Strikeforce has confirmed several more bouts for the promotion’s upcoming September 29th event in Sacramento, California, including two fights that weren’t previously reported.

At light-heavyweight, Mike Kyle (19-8) will take on Dion Staring (28-7).

Kyle will be looking to rebound from the quick loss he suffered versus Feijao Cavalcante in May, which was later declared a no contest, after Cavalcante failed a post-fight drug test. Prior to the bout Kyle earned a unanimous decision win over Marcos Rogerio de Lima.

The Dutchman Staring will  be making his Strikeforce debut having won six straight fights.

In another light-heavyweight bout, Jaco Hybrid Training Center fighter “Gusto” Inocente (6-0) will fight the veteran Gian Villante (10-3).

Inocente is coming off a unanimous decision win over Virgil Zwicker in May, while Villante scored a UD victory Derrick Mehmen at the same Strikeforce event.

Other previously reported bouts that were confirmed today include Caros Fodor vs. Josh Thomson, and Quinn Mulhern vs. Jorge Santiago.

The upcoming September 29th card will feature a lightweight bout between Pat Healy and champion Gilbert Melendez in the main event.

The card will be broadcast on Showtime.
