Nate Diaz Fires Back at Conor McGregor Following Twitter Comments

Following a Twitter session, where Conor McGregor argued that he “controlled” Nate Diaz, the latter has responded in direct and brief fashion.
On Monday, McGregor tweeted several comments, several of which were responses to fans. While discussing his UFC 196, submission loss to Diaz, McGregor stated:
On the floor he was swept and controlled.
When the tank goes, no amount of skill can save you.

Later that day, the following tweet appeared on Diaz’s account:

McGregor and Diaz were scheduled to rematch at UFC 200 on July 9th. McGregor, however, would not commit to all the promotional appearances the promotion had planned, and the UFC pulled the fight.
