And Doug Fischer of Houseofboxing.com reports on this past Saturday’s Paulie Ayala-Johnny Tapia rematch, and previews the upcoming Mike Tyson-Andrew Golota and Lennox Lewis-David Tua fights. Wednesday, October 11 — Sean Shelby of Grapplerworld.com reports live from Friant, California, about tonight’s IFC show. Gary Myers joins us to preview Saturday’s International Combat Championship mixed martial arts show in Muncie, Indiana, in which he is both the promoter and a fighter. Thursday, October 12 — Miguel Iturrate of Fightworld.com joins us to preview the HOOKnSHOOT "Fusion" mixed martial arts show, which will be held November 18 in Evansville, Indiana. Also, Sean Shelby of Grapplerworld.com joins us again with a wrap-up from Wednesday’s IFC show. Friday, October 13 — Gary Abbott, USA Wrestling’s Director of Communications, joins us to sum up what went right and what went wrong this year for the US wrestling team at the Olympics. We also speak to Japanese NHB journalist Tadashi Tanaka about the latest happenings in Japan with various promotions such as Rings, Pride, Pancrase, Shooto, UFCJ, and L-1. |
