Shinya Aoki is the ONE Lightweight World Champion and one of the best grapplers in mixed martial arts. Aoki has one of the most diverse grappling arsenals in the sport, and has finished 25 of his 37 victories via submissions. Aoki won the ONE Lightweight World Championship by submitting Kotetsu Boku, and continued his reign by forcing Kamal Shalorus to tap out. He now faces one of his toughest tests to date as he takes on Koji Ando.

Koji Ando is a Japanese Judo practitioner currently riding a five-fight winning streak. Ando became the number one contender by finishing both Rafael Nunes and Zorobabel in impressive fashion. With an array of diverse striking skills coupled with solid submission grappling credentials, Ando poses the toughest test to Aoki’s ONE Lightweight World Championship reign.

Kuat Khamitov is a Kazakhstani lightweight who has won his last six bouts. He is one of the most experienced mixed martial artists to emerge from Central Asia and has won 18 of 21 bouts. Khamitov will look to emulate the success of countryman Igor Svirid, who is the reigning ONE Middleweight World Champion

Lowen Tynanes is an undefeated mixed martial artist hailing from Hawaii. Just 24 years of age, Tynanes has impressed in his victories over Vuyisile Colossa and Felipe Enomoto. Tynanes comes from a fighting family, and has even once competed on the same night as his father Miles. Tynanes is a ferocious competitor who is always willing to engage in back-and-forth brawls with an opponent in pursuit of the finish.
