Pat Curran Knocks Out Joe Warren to Take Bellator Crown

Pat Curran continued his impressive run at 145 pounds last night in Hammond, Indiana, as the former lightweight contender knocked out Joe Warren to lay claim to Bellator’s featherweight title.  The violent and prolonged stoppage took place in the third round.

Bellator 60 also featured the opening round of the promotion’s latest featherweight tournament, which saw Daniel Straus, Mike Corey, Marlon Sandro and Alexandre Bezerra advance with victories.
