Although news and updates regarding tomorrow’s bout between Fedor Emelianenko and Pedro Rizzo are somewhat scarce here in North America, Rizzo took to Twitter today to announce that everything’s on point for Thursday’s fight.

Speaking via his official Twitter account, Rizzo posted a picture from the card’s weigh-ins and also announced:

I did everything that i could do,it is done.Feeling great! Now it’s in God’s hands…TOMORROW…

The bout, which will take place at the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia, will headline the M-1 Global card.

Rizzo (19-9) will be looking to extend his win streak to three, which includes victories over Jeff Monson, Gary Goodridge and finally Ken Shamrock, who the 38 year-old heavyweight stopped in July, 2010.

Emelianenko (33-4) is coming off victories over Monson and most recently Satoshi Ishii, who he stopped at DREAM’s NYE event on December 31st. The wins came after the former Pride champ dropped losses to Fabricio Werdum, Antonio Silva and Dan Henderson.

Although Fedor has not confirmed that tomorrow’s bout will be his last, there has been considerable speculation and debate as to whether the legendary fighter may call it quits at the age of 35.
