UFC President Dana White may be polarizing and too outspoken for the taste of some, but its nice to see him stand up and send a message to someone else who makes a downright offending statement.

During the recent wave of hype surrounding the emergence of NY Knick Jeremy Lin, boxing champ Floyd Mayweather, Jr. made the following comments on Twitter:

“Jeremy Lin is a good player but all the hype is because he’s Asian. Black players do what he does every night and don’t get the same praise.”

White, who has publicly feuded with Mayweather, Jr. more than once over the athleticism of MMA fighters versus that of boxers, shot back at the flamboyant champ on the latest episode of “UFC Tonight” on FUEL TV:

“First of all, what [he] said, I think, was racist. He’s made a couple of racist comments. And yes, you’re racist with the stuff you’ve said. … you dummy. Don’t worry about what all these other guys are doing, and shooting your big mouth off on Twitter. … And I know I speak for millions and millions of other people. Shut up …”
