Former DREAM’s champion Bibiano Fernandes and UFC vet Phil Baroni reportedly have their opponents set for the upcoming ONE FC 5 card, which will be hosted by Manila’s Smart Aranet Coliseum on August 31^st.

After being extended an offer from the UFC earlier this summer, according to a report from MMA Weekly, Fernandes will fight Gustavo Falciroli in his ONE FC debut.

Fernandes (11-3) hasn’t competed since last December, when he stopped Antonio Banuelos to win DREAM’s bantamweight title.

Falciroli (12-3) is coming off a first round, submission win over Soo Chul Kim at ONE FC 2 in February.

Baroni (14-15) will be looking to rebound from a  TKO loss he suffered versus Chris Holland, at Ring of Fire 43 in June, against Rodrigo “Ximbica” Ribeiro (9-9).

The accomplished Jiu-Jitsu practitioner is also coming off a loss, as Ribeiro dropped a unanimous decision loss to Rustam Khabilov at ONE FC 2.

Other bouts that are expected at ONE FC5 include Jens Pulver vs. Eric Kelly and Andrei Arlovski vs. Sao Paleilei.

DREAM Lightweight Champion Shinya Aoki is also scheduled to fight. His opponent has not been announced.
