Bart Palaszewski made no secret about the fact that he was hoping to fight at the UFC’s next event in Indianapolis, and it appears as though the featherweight has gotten his wish. According to multiple reports the fighter will take on Diego Nunes at the September 7^th, UFC on FX 5 event.

Reports of the bout have also been retweeted by Palaszewski’s management VFD Sports.

Palaszewski (36-15) will be looking to rebound from the unanimous decision loss he suffered versus Hatsu Hioki in February, after knocking out Tyson Griffin at UFC 137 in October.

Nunes (17-3) is also coming off  a loss, as the Black House fighter lost by UD to former lightweight Dennis Siver at a UFC on FUEL event in April, after defeating Manny Gamburyan by unanimous decision in December.

The UFC on FX 5 event will be hosted by the Bankers Life Fieldhouse and will be broadcast on FX.
