The Ultimate Fighting Championship is facing a third, class action lawsuit now, as Pablo Garza and Brandon Vera are the latest fighters to accuse the promotion of breaking antitrust laws.

Last week it was announced that Dennis Hallman and Javier Vasquez, have joined Cung Le, Jon Fitch and Nate Quarry in a legal battle against the UFC. The suits accuse the ZUFFA property of using its marketshare and influence to diminish the free market in MMA.

The UFC has promised to defend its business practices and fight the suits.

News of Garza and Vera’s suit is being reported by MMA Weekly.com.

Vera exited the UFC last year, after competing for the promotion for approximately eight years. Most recently, Vera fought for ONE FC earlier this month and scored a first round, TKO win over Igor Subora.

Garza, meanwhile, hasn’t fought since a UFC card in April, 2013, when he was submitted by Diego Brandao. The featherweight competed for the promotion for over two years.
