Although WWE has announced it has signed Brock Lesnar to a new contract, it’s being reported that the pro-wrestling star and former UFC champ, could still take another fight in the Octagon.

Recently the pro-wrestling promotion announced the news regarding Lesnar, at a time when there’s been widespread speculation, as to whether he will return to the UFC. According to a report at MMA Fighting from Dave Meltzer, sources believe that Lesnar’s new deal with WWE is a shorter one, and that the fighter can take another fight in the UFC, if he wishes. It’s not clear, however, whether he could take several UFC fights.

Lesnar is currently under suspensions via USADA, after testing positive for a banned substance, following his bout with Mark Hunt at UFC 200 in 2016.
