According to multiple reports, former TUF finalist TJ Dillashaw has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled December 8th bout with Mike Easton due to injury. Bantamweight Bryan Caraway will step in to take his place at the UFC on FOX 5 event, which will be hosted by Seattle’s KeyArena.

No information regarding the nature of Dillashaw’s injury was disclosed.

Caraway (17-5) is coming off a submission win over Mitch Gagnon at UFC 149 in July and has won three straight fights.

Easton (13-1) worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Ivan Menjivar at UFC 148 in July to extend his win streak to eight.

UFC on FOX 5 will feature a lightweight title fight between champion Benson Henderson and Nate Diaz in the main event.

Other main card bouts scheduled for the FOX card include former light-heavyweight champ “Shogun” Rua vs. Alexander Gustafsson, former lightweight and welterweight champion BJ Penn vs. Rory MacDonald and welterweight Mike Swick vs. Matt Brown.
