Report: Dana White Says Cris “Cyborg” a “Bad Representative”, Compares Invicta FC Champ to “Wanderlei Silva in a Dress”

UFC President Dana White

Recently Ronda Rousey made headlines by trashing Cris “Cyborg” and accusing her of prolonged steroid abuse, and UFC President Dana White says no disciplinary action will be materializing. In fact, not only did White defend Rousey’s statements, but the ZUFFA exec took the opportunity to blast “Cyborg” as well.

While speaking with the media today, White was understandably asked to weigh in on Rousey’s recent comments, where she accused “Cyborg” of abusing steroids and referred to her as an “it.” According to a report from MMA Fighting.com, here is some of what White had to say:

“I think that this is the fight business and people say mean things about each other,” White said. “Is it not true? She got busted for taken winstrol. The same drug Ben Johnson took and many other athletes took, to do what? To cheat. Ronda called her a f–king cheater.”

“I said, when I saw [Justino] at the MMA Awards, she looked like Wanderlei Silva in a dress and heels. And she did, did she not? Who wants to dispute that she didn’t look like Wanderlei?”

White went on to add that there are “a lot of issues”, in terms of dealing with “Cyborg”, and that the Invicta FC champ is a “bad representative for female athletes.” The UFC President also argued that if the promotion signed “Cyborg”, then the media would criticize him for signing a fighter who was suspended for taking steroids in 2011.

Not long ago, “Cyborg” announced her intention to drop to 135 pounds in an effort to secure a fight with Rousey later this year. Based off White’s latest comments, however, it doesn’t appear like the renowned fighter will be heading to the Octagon any time soon.
