Following Dong Hyun Kim’s one sided victory at UFC Fight Night79, it sounds like the welterweight contender has his sights set on a former foe, Demian Maia.

Kim faced Dominic Waters on Saturday, and after he swept the latter to the mat, he finished the fight with punches from the crucifix position. After the win, Kim was asked about who he would like to fight next, and the South Korean fighter reportedly said this (quote via MMA Junkie.com):

“I think that out of all the Top 10 that (Maia) would be the easiest to beat.”

Maia and Kim fought back in 2012, and “Stun Gun” incurred a rib injury after falling to the floor. Maia was awarded the TKO win.

Currently Maia is ranked #6 in the UFC’s welterweight division and Kim is sitting in the #7 spot.

UFC FN 79 took place in Seoul, South Korea.
