According to reports, Eddie Wineland has his next opponent, as the bantamweight contender will face Johnny Eduardo, May 10th. The bout will reportedly be part of the UFC’s upcoming Fight Night card in Cincinnati, which will be hosted by the U.S. Bank Arena.

The UFC hasn’t announced the match-up, however, Gracie Magazine is reporting that the fight is being targeted. Sources have also told MMA Fighting it will take place in Cincinnati.

Wineland (21-9-1) is coming off a stoppage win over Yves Jabouin at UFC on FOX 10 last month, after he was TKO’d by champion Renan Barao in September.

Eduardo (26-9) hasn’t fought since May, 2012, when he outscored Jeff Curran for the decision win at a UFC on FUEL TV card. Prior to that, at UFC 134 in 2011, Eduardo was decisioned by Raphael Assuncao.

The main event for the Cincinnati, Fight Night card has yet to be announced.
