UFC veteran and former television personality Jason “Mayhem” Miller has reportedly been released from jail, following his arrest this past weekend in Orange County, California.
According to multiple reports, Miller was arrested and charged with domestic violence. According to a follow up story from MMA Junkie.com, a detailed police report regarding the arrest is not available. Miller is expected to appear in court in regards to the alleged incident sometime in the next 30 to 60 days. The 32 year-old fighter was arrested Sunday.
Miller has not made any official comment regarding the arrest on Twitter, where he typically posts regularly.
The outspoken fighter has been arrested in the past, as in 2011, he was charge with simple assault and false imprisonment in North Carolina. Miller claimed it was tied to an incident with his sister at a house party and had been resolved.
Last August, Miller was picked up by authorities after he allegedly broke into a Mission Viejo Church, but the charges were later dropped.
Miller hasn’t fought since May, 2012, when he lost by unanimous decision to CB Dollaway at UFC 146.
