Another major player in the world of MMA has apparently been sidelined by an injury, as according to multiple reports, Strikeforce Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold has been forced to withdraw from the promotion’s November 3rd event.

Rockhold, who has reportedly suffered a wrist injury, was scheduled to fight Lorenz Larkin.

The upcoming November 3rd card in Oklahoma City has already been hit by the injury bug, as Frank Mir was forced to withdraw from a fight with heavyweight grand-prix winner Daniel Cormier.

Strikeforce has not made any official announcement regarding Rockhold’s reported injury.

Just last month, Strikeforce decided to cancel its September 29th event, after Gilbert Melendez withdrew due to injury and Showtime elected to not broadcast the card.
