Max Holloway is scheduled to fight Jeremy Stephens on December 12th, but the featherweight contender still has his sights on Conor McGregor, and securing a rematch with the Irish star.

Holloway and McGregor fought back in 2013, and the latter won the bout via unanimous decision. Since then, Holloway has gone on to win seven straight and is ranked #5 in the UFC’s 145 division.

McGregor, meanwhile, has won won four more bouts since that fight, and is the interim featherweight champ. “Notorious” will take on featherweight champion Jose Aldo at the December 12th, UFC 194.

Recently Holloway spoke to FOX Sports.com, and during the interview, the Hawaiian said this:

“If Conor gets through (Jose) Aldo and I beat (Jeremy) Stephens, I’ll come back to Ireland and we can fight inside that little soccer field that he wants to fight in.”

Holloway is referring to Croke Park, which is a massive stadium in Dublin, which seats over 70,000 people. McGregor has repeatedly said he wants to fight at Croke Park, and UFC President Dana White has said it could happen in 2016.
