Although Myles Jury had reportedly agreed to fight Nate Diaz in his next bout, it looks like he’ll battle Takanori Gomi in his native Japan on September 20th.

The bout will be part of UFC Fight Night 52, according to a report from FOX Sports, which will go down at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan.

Recently Jury relayed via Twitter that he was willing to fight Diaz, however,  the latter apparently didn’t sign off on the bout. Jury (14-0) is coming off a unanimous decision win over Diego Sanchez in March, which was his fifth straight UFC victory.

Gomi (35-9) scored a unanimous decision win over Isaac Vallie-Flagg in his last outing, after dropping a controversial split decision to Sanchez last March.

UFC FN 52 will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between Mark Hunt and Roy Nelson.
