The December 15th, “Ultimate Fighter” Finale will feature a heavyweight bout between noted strikers Pat Barry and Shane Del Rosario, according to multiple reports.

Barry (7-5) will be looking to rebound from the stoppage loss he suffered versus Lavar Johnson in May, after knocking out Christian Morecraft in January.

Del Rosario (11-1) is coming off the first professional loss of his career, as in May, he was stopped by Stipe Miocic. Prior to arriving in the UFC Del Rosario went 3-0 under the Strikeforce banner.

The bout, which was reported first by MMA Junkie and was also confirmed by MMA Weekly, has not been announced yet by the UFC.

The TUF 16 Finale will be hosted by the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will feature Roy Nelson versus Shane Carwin in the main event.
