According to multiple reports, Riki Fukuda, Alex Caceres and Lavar Johnson have allegedly failed their most recent, post-fight drug tests, and have been suspended or are facing disciplinary action.

Middleweight Riki Fukuda has reportedly tested positive for the stimulants Phernylpropanolamine, Norpseudoephedrine and Ephedrine, following his decision loss to Brad Tavares at the recent UFC on FUEL TV 8 card in Japan. The veteran fighter has subsequently been released by the promotion.

Due to the fact the UFC conducts it’s own testing for events in Japan, Fukuda’s test results will be passed on to the Association of Boxing Commissions, who can determine any further disciplinary action.

Bantamweight Alex Caceres, meanwhile, has tested positive for marijuana metabolites, following his split-decision win over Kyung Ho Kang at the same March 3rd event. The fighter has been suspended by the UFC for six months and the bout has been overturned to a no decision.

According to reports Caceres has released a statement apologizing for the infraction.

Lavar Johnson has reportedly tested positive for an  elevated testosterone/epitestosterone ratio, after the heavyweight lost by unanimous decision to Brendan Schaub at the February 23rd, UFC 157 event. The fighter’s suspension has yet to be determined.
