Ronda Rousey hasn’t publicly said much since she was knocked out by Holly Holm at UFC 193, but the star has commented on the defeat in an upcoming edition of ESPN “The Magazine”.

According to a recent report from People, which received some preview quotes, Rousey relayed that she was “really f—ing sad” after the loss. Rousey also reportedly stated that “It might be three to six months before I can eat an apple, let alone take an impact.” The former bantamweight champ was finished by Holm with a headkick in round two.

Leading up to UFC 193, Rousey said she intended to take a break after the card, and didn’t want to fight again until summer, 2016. Following her defeat she confirmed she’ll be returning to the cage, but still planned to take a break.
