UFC 213 lost a couple of of its marquee match-ups leading up to the July 8th event, and it looks like the card struggled to draw pay-per-view buys.

The event was originally scheduled to feature TJ Dillshaw taking on bantamweight champ, Cody Garbrandt, but the latter pulled out several weeks before due to injury. Then, shortly before the event was set to begin, women’s bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes withdrew due to illness. She was supposed to fight Valentina Shevchenko.

The event proceeded with an interim middleweight title fight between Yoel Romero and Robert Whittaker as its headliner.

According to a new report from MMA Fighting, UFC 213 is estimated to have drawn between 125,000 and 150,000 PPV buys, which would make it one of the lowest selling cards in years.

The report also states that estimates for the June 24th Bellator “NYC” card are that the event pulled between 90,000 to 130,000 PPV buys. That event featured Chael Sonnen vs. Wanderlei Silva and Fedor Emelianenko vs. Matt Mitrione as the headliners.
