After knocking out Mike Swick at UFC on FOX 5, Matt Brown took to Twitter recently to see if Dan Hardy was interested in fighting him next, and it appears that the British fighter’s answer is yes.

While speaking at a Q&A session with fans in Australia this week, Hardy relayed that he is indeed interested in fighting the veteran welterweight, according to a report from MMA Junkie. Hardy reportedly also credited Brown (16-11) for his recent performances, which includes victories over Kit Cope, Luis Ramos, Stephen Thompson and the aforementioned Swick.

Hardy (25-10) is coming off back-to-back wins over Duane Ludwig and Amir Sadollah, after losing four straight to champion Georges St. Pierre, Carlos Condit, Anthony Johnson and Chris Lytle.

The British vet has also been called out by Matt Riddle recently, however, the American is scheduled to fight Che Mills at the February 16th, UFC on FX 7 card in London.
