RFA 8: Sergio Pettis and Lance Palmer Remain Undefeated
By FCF Staff
Two of MMA’s top prospects remained undefeated at last night’s Resurrection Fighting Alliance card in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which was hosted by the The Rave / Eagles Club.
19 year-old flyweight Sergio Pettis, who is the younger brother of UFC star Anthony Pettis, stopped Dillard Pegg in just 51 seconds with strikes. With the win Pettis moved his record to 8-0 and secured the RFA flyweight championship.
Former NCAA All-American wrestler Lance Palmer extended his record to 7-0, and laid claim to the promotion’s featherweight belt, by working his way to a split decision win over Jared Downing.
The 25 year-old Team Alpha Male fighter transitioned into MMA in 2011.
