Ronda Rousey may be scheduled to fight Cat Zingano at UFC 184 on Saturday, but the subject of her fighting Cris “Cyborg” Justino continues to remain front and center.

Part of the reason for that is because Justino will defend her featherweight title versus Charmaine Tweet this Friday at Invicta FC 11, and because recently it was reported that the UFC has resumed talks with the decorated fighter.

Of course, there has been talk of Justino fighting the UFC’s bantamweight champion for some time, but Rousey continues to say she’ll only face “Cyborg” at 135. Case in point, in the latest edition of “UFC Tonight”, Rousey was asked about the possibility of fighting Justino at catchweight.

Here’s what the Judoka had to say (quote via FOX Sports 1 press release):

“No. I’m not making an exception for a cheater. The only one I’ll make an exception for is Gina Carano because she’s such a pioneer in the sport. I’d be honored to fight her.”

Justino tested positive for anabolic steroids back in 2011 and was stripped of Strikeforce’s featherweight belt. The renowned fighter reportedly passed an out-of-competition test leading up to this Friday’s bout.

UFC 184 will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, and Invicta FC 11 will be hosted by the city’s Shriner’s Auditorium.
