Strikeforce “Fedor vs. Henderson” Weigh-In Results

As expected would be the case, Fedor Emelianenko came in several pounds lighter for his bout tomorrow night with Dan Henderson than he did when he faced Antonio Silva in February. The Russian heavyweight tipped the scales at 223lbs. this afternoon while fellow former Pride champion Henderson came in at just 207.

Emelianenko weighed in at 230 when he fought Silva in the opening round of Strikeforce’s heavyweight grand-prix.

Women’s welterweight champion Marloes Coenen and challenger Miesha Tate both made weight for their title fight Saturday, with each fighter coming in at 135lbs.

“Fedor vs. Henderson” will be hosted by the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, and will be broadcast on Showtime.
