Stephen Thompson capped off the TUF 21 Finale in highlight reel fashion on Sunday, and not surprisingly, the devastating striker picked up a “Performance of the Night” bonus for doing so.

Thompson put away welterweight contender Jake Ellenberger with a spinning head kick and follow up punches in the opening round, and collected an extra $50,000 for the finish.

Three other fighters were also awarded “POTN” bonuses. Jorge Masvidal picked up one for knocking out Cezar Ferreira in the first round with punches, and Kamaru Usman scored one as well, for tapping out Hayder Hassan with an arm-triangle-choke in round two.

The other bonus went to Josh Samman, who submitted Caio Magalhaes with a first round, rear-naked-choke.

The TUF 21 Finale was hosted by the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
