The 24th Season of “The Ultimate Fighter” will determine the next challenger for the UFC’s flyweight title, and it will be coached by contenders Joseph Benavidez and Henry Cejudo.

Recently the promotion confirmed that the flyweights will coach TUF 24, which will feature 16 flyweight competitors. The contest’s winner will advance to face champion Demetrious Johnson.

Cejudo and Benavidez will fight once the season concludes, on December 3rd. The show will premiere on Fox Sports 1, August 31st.

Benavidez (24-4), who has been defeated by Johnson twice before, is coming off a UD win over Zach Makovsky in February.

Cejudo (10-1), on the other hand, was stopped by Johnson at UFC 197 last month.

Originally, the UFC announced that it was going to hold open tryouts for TUF 24, but then the promotion cancelled them. The show’s competitors have yet to be confirmed.
