UFC 147 Weigh-In Results: Wanderlei Silva and Rich Franklin Set For Rematch

Former Pride champion Wanderlei Silva and former UFC champ Rich Franklin both made weight today for their 190 pound catch-weight fight tomorrow in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Silva tipped the scales at just 188 pounds while Franklin, who took the fight on short notice to replace the injured Vitor Belfort, came in at 190.

The two fought before at UFC 99 in June, 2009, and Franklin was awarded the unanimous decision win.

The only competitor who didn’t make weight on their initial try was John Teixeira, who came in at 150 pounds for his featherweight bout with Hugo Viana.

The fighter has two hours to cut down to 146 or he will lose a percentage of his purse.
