UFC 166 featured a ton of exciting action last night, but it also included a scary moment, when TJ Waldburger was brutally knocked out by Adlan Amagov in the opening round. The welterweight had to be removed from the Octagon on a stretcher and was taken to hospital.

Later it was revealed that Waldburger was okay, and that a CT scan and other tests he received were negative.

The 25 year-old also updated his status via Twitter by stating:

U win some u lose some,still all the glory goes to God, I trained hard & did everything I could,& I always progress from a loss. I’ll b back

Waldburger hadn’t fought since last December when he choked out Nick Catone at the TUF 16 Finale.
