By FCF Staff

Although there’s no word yet whether Anderson Silva intends to fight again, after breaking his leg at UFC 168 Saturday night, the legend has posted a couple of comments on Twitter.

While speaking in Portuguese, the 38 year-old tweeted to his Brazilian countrymen that he was sorry if he “disappointed” them, and that he “did my best, I swear.”

Then, more recently, Silva posted the following:

The UFC has announced that Silva’s surgery went well and that his expected recovery time will be between three and six months.

Middleweight champion Chris Weidman, who has defeated Silva twice now, is expected to fight Vitor Belfort next.
