By FCF Staff

UFC 172 has picked up an intriguing lightweight tilt, as the promotion has announced Jim Miller and Bobby Green have verbally agreed to fight at the April 26th card. UFC 172 will be hosted by the Baltimore Arena in Maryland.

Miller (23-4) is coming off a first round, submission win over Fabricio Camoes at UFC 168 in December. The 30 year-old, longtime contender is 3-1 with 1 no contest in his last five tilts, and is currently ranked #9.

Green (22-5) has won three straight bouts since joining the UFC and handed Pat Healy at decision loss at UFC on FOX 9 in December. The 27 year-old has won seven fights in a row.

UFC 172 will be headlined by a light-heavyweight bout between champion Jon Jones and challenger Glover Teixeira.

Some of the other bouts that are scheduled for the card include Anthony Johnson-Phil Davis, Jake Ellenberger-Tarec Saffiedine and Tim Boetsch-Luke Rockhold.
