Chris Weidman may have scored an impressive, decision win over Lyoto Machida at UFC 175, but his post-fight medical report indicates he may have taken some punishment in the bout.

According to the medical suspension information the Nevada State Athletic Commission has released, Weidman needs to have his have left jaw, right elbow, right ribs and right ankle x-rayed. If Weidman’s x-rays come back negative, he is still not cleared to fight again until August 20th.

Following the thrilling bout, Weidman made it clear he has no intentions to fight again soon anyways, as he wants to give his knees some rest. The middleweight champion had both knees surgically repaired earlier this year.

Lyoto Machida, who was cut and battered during the July 5th fight, is not cleared to fight again until September 4th.

UFC 175 was hosted by the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
