After participating in a wildly entertaining, five round headliner at UFC 175, Chris Weidman and Lyoto Machida were not surprisingly awarded “Fight of the Night” honors. 

The two middleweights collected an extra $50,000 for the award. Weidman worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Machida, and retained the middleweight title in the process.

One of the “Performance of the Night” bonuses went to bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey, who quickly finished Alexis Davis with a series of punches. The bout lasted only 16 seconds.

The other “POTN” went to bantamweight Rob Font, who stopped George Roop with a thumping right hand in the first round.

UFC 175 went down at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
