Corey Anderson’s had an interesting road to UFC 181, as the TUF 19 winner has now been booked to fight three different light-heavyweights.

Initially, Anderson was scheduled to fight Gian Villante on December 6th, but after the latter withdrew, the UFC brought in Jonathan Wilson. Then, earlier this week, the promotion confirmed that Wilson would no longer fight and that UFC newcomer, Justin Jones, is Anderson’s new opponent.

Anderson recently spoke with UFC.com about the upcoming bout and the recent change, and here is some of what “Beastin 25/8″ had to say:

“I don’t really know much about him,” Anderson said. “I’m looking forward to this fight regardless of who it is at this point. I just want to get back in the cage and put on a show for [UFC President] Dana White and the people, and, hopefully, leave there with a W and a bonus check. The only thing that changed for me is the name on the contract. I went to the gym and told the coaches and they were like, ‘Is he southpaw or orthodox?’ Orthodox. ‘Oh yeah?’ Nothing changed. We went back to striking the same, throwing kicks the same, same jiu-jitsu, same ground and pound. Everything I’m doing is to be the best in the world, not to just compete and beat the next opponent.”

Anderson currently carries a record of 4-0, while Jones has gone 3-0 in pro MMA action.

UFC 181 will be hosted by the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
