UFC 187: Chris Weidman And Anthony Johnson Lead Way in Payroll

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the salaries for UFC 187 on Saturday, and Chris Weidman and Anthony Johnson led the way.

The middleweight champ Weidman earned $500,000 for his first round, stoppage win over Vitor Belfort, while Johnson was paid $500,000 for his third round, submission loss to Daniel Cormier. The latter, who laid claim to the vacant light-heavyweight title, made $180,000.

Belfort was paid $300,000.

Here are the payroll figures that were disclosed to the NSAC by the UFC. They do not included any additional money a fighter may have earned through sponsorships, pay-per-view dividends or performance bonuses.

UFC 187 was hosted by the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Daniel Cormier: $180,000 (includes $90,000 win bonus)
