UFC 189: Conor McGregor And Chad Mendes Lead Way in Salaries

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the payroll figures for Saturday’s UFC 189 card in Las Vegas, and headliners Conor McGregor and Chad Mendes led the way.
According to the figures, both featherweights earned $500,000 for the thrilling fight, which saw McGregor win the the interim belt via second round stoppage.
The card’s third highest earner was Robbie Lawler, as the welterweight champ made $300,000 for his fifth round, stoppage win over Rory MacDonald. The latter was paid $59,000.
Here are the fight purses that were disclosed to the NSAC by the UFC. They do not include additional performance bonuses, pay-per-view dividends or sponsorship revenue.
