It looks as though UFC 192 has picked up a couple of pivotal fights, as according to a new report, Joseph Benavidez vs. Ali Bagautinov and Rose Namajunas vs. Angela Hill have been added to the line-up. The October 3rd event will go down at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

News of the match-up was reported first by the Houston Chronicle, which cited UFC officials as the source.

Bagautinov (13-3) will be fighting for the first time since last June, when he was decisioned by flyweight champ, Demetrious Johnson. Following the bout, Bagautinov tested positive for erythropoietin and has been suspended since.

Benavidez (22-4) scored a UD win over John Moraga in his last outing and has won three straight. The Team Alpha Male fighter is ranked #2 in the UFC’s 125 division,

Namajunas (2-2) was submitted by now former strawweight champ Carla Esparza in her previous bout, which took place in December. Namajunas is ranked #3 at 115.

Hill (2-1), meanwhile, was decisioned by Tecia Torres in June.

UFC 192 will be headlined by a light-heavyweight fight between champion Daniel Cormier and Alexander Gustafsson.
