Luke Rockhold has questioned the power of Michael Bisping in the past, and although he was KO’d by the latter at UFC 199, it doesn’t sound like he’s changed his mind.

Bisping dropped Rockhold with a left hand a couple of minutes into their bout, and although he got back to his feet, he was returned to the floor with another big left. A few more shots from Bisping rendered Rockhold unconscious, and sent the middleweight title to the British star.

After his shocking defeat, Rockhold told FOX Sports 1 the following (quote via press release):

“It was underestimating him and over-committing with a jab. I got caught. I didn’t see him have anything. He didn’t hit hard. It’s not about hitting hard, it’s about hitting at the right spot. He got me on the chin. I’d love nothing more than a rematch, to get my belt back.”

Rockhold submitted Bisping in the second round when they fought for the first time in 2014, and both middleweights said they’re interested in having a rubber match following last night’s card.
