Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar

On Saturday it was announced that Brock Lesnar is returning to the Octagon at UFC 200 next month, and now it’s been revealed he’ll face Mark Hunt.

The former heavyweight champ confirmed that he’ll be taking on Hunt while appearing on ESPN’s SportsCenter on Monday.

Lesnar (5-3) hasn’t fought since 2011 when he was stopped by Alistair Overeem in the opening round. The accomplished wrestler was in talks with the UFC last year, but Lesnar decided to resign with the WWE. The heavyweight remains under contract with the WWE and is expected to return to the pro-wrestling ring.

Hunt (12-10-1), meanwhile, is coming off a KO win over Frank Mir in March.

UFC 200 will be hosted by the T-Mobile Arena on July 9th.
