Invicta FC has taken a big step to increase its viewing audience, as the women’s MMA promotion has signed a multiyear deal with the UFC, which will see its events streamed live on Fight Pass.

According to the official announcement, all Invicta FC events will be broadcast live via Fight Pass, and the entire promotion’s video archive will be available on the subscriber service.

“This is a historic multi-year, multi-event deal,” UFC Fight Pass chief content officer Marshall Zelaznik was quoted saying in the announcement. “When we launched UFC Fight Pass last Christmas, we said that we would never rest in bringing the best value to our subscribers. The addition of live and archived Invicta programming is going to be of enormous interest to our existing subscribers and bring in new subscribers, too.”

“This is a great day for my company,” Invicta FC President Shannon Knapp said. “Since the start of Invicta, I’ve been committed to providing the biggest and best possible platform for women athletes and, with this distribution deal with UFC Fight Pass, Invicta will reach the most passionate MMA fans, wherever they are in the world.”

Knapp added that the promotion is hoping to hold its next event “late summer”, and that the card will feature a title fight.

Invicta FC has held events featuring numerous, established fighters, some of which include Cris “Cyborg”, Marloes Coenen, Sarah Kaufman, Liz Carmouche, and Cat Zingano, among others.
