The Ultimate Fighting Championship continues to announce fights for its February 14th card in Broomfield, Colorado, and now it’s confirmed that welterweight Matt Brown will fight Tarec Saffiedine.
Brown (19-12) will be fighting for the first time since July, when he was decisioned by Robbie Lawler at UFC on FOX 12. The loss ended Brown’s 7 fight win streak.
Saffiedine (15-4) was stopped by Rory MacDonald in his last outing, which took place at UFC FN 54 in September. The former Strikeforce champ had won five in row prior to the defeat.
Other bouts that have been confirmed for the UFC Fight Night card include Max Holloway vs. Cole Miller, Stephen Thompson vs. Brandon Thatch, Zach Makovsky vs. Tim Elliott, and Ray Borg vs. Chris Kelades.
