UFC Fight Night 109 has received an intriguing welterweight bout, as rising Emil Meek will battle veteran Nordine Taleb. The promotion recently announced that the fight will be part of the May 28th card, which will take place in Stockholm, Sweden.

Meek (9-2-1) made his way to the UFC last year, following a KO win over Rousimar Palhares, and went on to decision Jordan Mein in December. The Norwegian fighter has won four in a row.

Taleb (12-4), on the other hand, is coming off a decision defeat to Santiago Ponzinibbio in February. The Canadian has gone 4-2 in the UFC to date.

UFC FN 109 will feature a light-heavyweight fight between Alexander Gustafsson and Glover Teixeira in the main event.
