The UFC’s May 10th Fight Night card is nearing completion, as the promotion has announced that Lornez Larkin and Costa Philippou have verbally agreed to fight at the Cincinnati bound card.

Larkin (14-2) will be looking to rebound from the unanimous decision loss he incurred versus Brad Tavares in January, after he decisioned Chris Camozzi in November. The Strikeforce vet has gone 1-2 in the UFC thus far.

Philippou (12-4) is coming off a decision loss to Francis Carmont and a stoppage defeat versus Luke Rockhold, after winning five straight.

UFC FN 40 will be hosted by the U.S. Bank Arena.

The card’s main event has yet to be announced.
