UFC FN 42: Jason High Apologizes for Pushing Referee
By FCF Staff
As Jason High waits to see if he incurs any disciplinary action from officials or the UFC, the lightweight has apologized for pushing referee Kevin Mulhall at UFC FN 42.
High’s bout with dos Anjos was brought to a halt in round two, after the latter dropped him with a punch and followed up with more strikes. After the action was called, however, High protested the stoppage by pushing Mulhall.
The veteran High posted the following apology on Twitter after the bout:
Incredibly sorry & embarrassed for the ref incident. Will never happen again.

The loss, which came in High’s (18-5) lightweight debut, ended the fighter’s two fight win streak.
UFC FN 42 was hosted by the Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
